Some portion of the Sahyadri ranges of mountains, Agasthyakoodam, at a tallness of 1,890 m above ocean level, is one of the most elevated tops in Kerala. Overflowing with untamed life, the woods of Agasthyakoodam possess large amounts of uncommon restorative herbs and plants, and splendidly tinted orchids.
